La Sultana Marrakech Hotel Marrakesh

Stunning setting, exceptional staff, incredible food and drinks, best high-end hotel experience, didn't want to leave! Outstanding oasis in Marrakech, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Excellent location, staff, and facility, impressive experience. Warm welcome, enjoyable cooking class, attentive staff, amazing spa treatment. Free use of jacuzzi, good wifi, convenient location. Clean and tidy, peaceful amidst the bustle of the city, a true local experience.

The hotel's ancient décor and nice building work are fine. Each area has its own unique charm. The staff were helpful and attentive. The Giraffe suite, where I stayed, was amazing with its spacious layout and a luxurious soaker tub. The spa was a delight and offered wonderful treatments. The roof terrace provided amazing views, made the whole experience even better. The restaurant, albeit expensive, served the best food I had on my trip. It's the perfect choice for a romantic getaway, especially since there were no children.

The hotel is conveniently located on a spacious boulevard, away from the bustling streets of the city. It is within a short 15-minute walk to the main market square and other popular tourist attractions. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with a unique animal theme and comfortable furnishings. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast served at the top terrace is delightful, offering a stunning view of the surrounding rooftops.

The hotel lacks a fully-functional elevator, which can be inconvenient for guests with mobility issues.

We were amazed by the fine hotel of La Sultana. The atmosphere was unique, with beautiful and artistic details that showcased Moroccan craftsmanship. The cuisine was excellent, especially the dining experience which was unmatched in Marrakesh. The service and staff were really good, striking the perfect balance between being relaxed yet formal, and always helpful and genuine. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and provided ultimate comfort and cleanliness. Plus, the bathrooms were well-stocked with everything we needed. The hotel itself was a fascinating masterpiece, serving as a peaceful sanctuary away from the busy city streets. With all these very nice features, there's no doubt that La Sultana was pretty good. I highly recommend this hotel for an lovely experience.

La Sultana Marrakech - an oasis in the heart of historic Marrakech, where traditional life meets 5-star comfort. Excellent staff and service. Beautifully decorated rooms and nice ancient décor. Fantastic spa and rooftop views. Highly recommend for a romantic getaway.

The hotel we stayed at provided a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities. the service was exceptional, and staff was attentive to our needs. the Spa & wellness centre had a variety of options, including body wraps and massages, making it easy to unwind and relax. the outdoor swimming pool was a great place to cool down and enjoy the sun. the restaurant was fantastic with delicious food, and in-room breakfast was a lovely touch.

There was a noise issue that affected our sleep, but it was a minor issue that did not spoil our overall experience. the location was not the most convenient, but the private facilities made up for it.

We were absolutely amazed by the stunning architecture of the riad, from the intricate details to the beautiful furnishings. The location was perfect, close to all the tourist spots we wanted to visit, yet tucked away on a quiet boulevard. Our room was spacious and private, with a luxurious bathroom that had gold-plated sinks and marble features. The service was phenomenal, with staff who could speak multiple languages and were always attentive. The breakfast by the pool was delicious, and the rooftop provided breathtaking views of the city.

The only downside was the lack of vibrant street setting outside the hotel.

I was blown away by the rooftop terrace at La Sultana Marrakech. The views of the city were amazing and made for the perfect spot to unwind with a cocktail after a long day exploring. The service was great, with staff going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay.

The staff at this hotel were wonderful. They were friendly, helpful, and were really nice too ensure that we had a great stay. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, right in the heart of the city and close to all the major attractions. Plus, the food at the restaurant was delicious. We had some of the best meals of our trip there.

One thing that we didn't like about the hotel was the noise level in our room. It faced a busy area and we could hear a lot of noise from outside, especially early in the morning.
